Week Fifteen Picks

I envision Week Fifteen either being a great week for us or a monumental disaster.

We have seven unanimous picks this week: Indianapolis, New Orleans, New England, Arizona, Tennessee, Houston and Baltimore.

We also have SEVEN Lone Wolf picks this week. In those games it's gonna be a win big/lose big deal. You either stuck your neck out there and got it right or lose a game on everyone else if your the Lone Wolf. Or you got smoked by the person that stuck their neck out if you are part of the majority.

Fritz is our big risk taker this week, he has three of the Lone Wolf picks: Cleveland over KC, Pittsburgh over Green Bay and Oakland over Denver.

Simmons, Greg, Max and Mark each have one Lone Wolf pick this week.

But this is a week where, for the most part, our fates are tied together. At least six of the eight panelists agree on all sixteen games

So let's all cross our fingers. We all like Indy and New Orleans to win on Thursday and Saturday, so if we make it Sunday 2-0, we may be in good shape.

But this is that time of the season when teams start losing/winning for no reason. I am a firm believer in the fact that the whole "any given Sunday" rule was made for this time of year when a team that is on its way to the playoffs will lose a game to a 3-10 team and miss the playoffs because of it.

So don't get cocky just because this week appears to be low-risk with all of the agreeing going on, it could come back to bite us.

Here is the Week Fifteen (Where the hell did Week 15 come from already? Dammit!) picks page.

See you Tuesday,

Larry D.

  1. Not that it matters much, but I am officially taking my BUFFALO BILLS to beat the Pats (FINALLY) this week. Just a gut feeling... it will likely not work out as the Patriots have some magic spell over us right now, but... I'm taking the Bills. Whoohoo! :-)
